A demo of a Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) for Indian licence plates using Deep Learning. The Detector is trained by fine tuning MobileNet SSD. The character recognizer is a pre-trained LSTM model trained on EMNIST data set based on the repository https://github.com/Deevoluation/ALPR.
